We currently have a position open for a Technician In Archaeological Science.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Laboratory Technician to join the School of Humanities on a permanent basis. This is an exciting time to join us, as our Laboratories are currently undergoing a significant major refurbishment and upgrade to support our teaching and research spaces dedicated to the study of materials and environmental science over Summer 2024.
In this role, the successful candidate will provide in-depth technical expertise in Archaeological Science and provide advice on the creation, set up and best operation of technical resources including laboratory facilities, equipment, chemicals and consumables, to aid the delivery of research and teaching objectives in Archaeology. In addition, the postholder will undertake a range of technical support activities in line with the College/School Strategy.
This post is part time (21 hours per week) and is offered on an open ended basis. Further details may be found in the link below.
