"Before coming to the University of Glasgow, I worked for 5 years as an HR practitioner in various industries such as consulting firms, banking, retail, and e-commerce. As someone who didn't have an educational background in Human Resources, I came to UoG to gain in-depth knowledge about management especially in HR."


Why did you choose the Adam Smith Business School? 

I choose Adam Smith Business School due to its high credibility, it's membership of The Russell Group and also the curriculum of my program. 

 What did you enjoy the most about your programme? How has your degree helped you in your career?  

Strategic management! Now working at the managerial level, I can address business issues better and come up with solutions that are based on theory combined with best practices in the field. 

What have you been up to since graduating from the Business School? 

I'm currently working as an HR manager in a Korean retail company in Indonesia.
