Objectives With the key speakers in the field of multimorbidity and chronic diseases, we aim to discuss the challenges and opportunities in surveillance, research, prevention and public policy in the field of multimorbidity. Speakers come from all over Europe, Canada and Singapore.

Registration is free of charge but obligatory. Number of places for on-site participation is limited. Registration closes on 19 May for on-site participation and 16 Jun for virtual participation.
