Summary

In this paper we report the existence of a novel cyclic AMP signalosome involving PDE4D7 and DHX9, which appears to play a fundamental role in prostate cancer progression. Use of a cell-permeable disruptor peptide to disrupt the interaction between PDE4D7 and DHX9 is capable of hindering cell growth, potentially representing a new therapeutic target for prostate cancer.
