Dr. Lip has exhibited a strong commitment to advancing safe prescribing and medicines reconciliation, exemplified by her leadership in organizing Medicines Safety Month at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Glasgow. Notably innovative, she played a key role in developing a new app for all trainees and successfully completed two quality improvement projects.
