Leslie’s PhD research in Marketing focuses on how user behaviours, perceptions, and preferences drive and sustain market leadership in the search engine industry.

Leslie holds a BA (Hons) in Marketing and an MA in International Business, and obtained both degrees from the London Metropolitan University. He has extensive experience in both the private and public sectors. Before joining ASBS, he worked in Incident Management at the UK government’s Department for Business & Trade.

Leslie is conducting his PhD research in Marketing and examining global dominance within the search engine industry from a consumer-centric perspective. The aim is to establish how user behaviours, perceptions, and preferences drive and sustain market leadership in the competitive global search engine industry. With his research findings, Leslie will contribute new knowledge and influence marketing policy and practice in the digital marketing industry.
