Dr Erin Jessee's research interests include genocide and related mass atrocities, transitional justice, perpetrator studies, and the ethical and methodological challenges that surround conducting qualitative fieldwork in conflict-affected settings. She has particular expertise in Rwanda, Uganda, and Bosnia-Herzegovina, and is the author of Negotiating Genocide in Rwanda: The Politics of History (Palgrave Macmillan, ISBN 978-3-319-45194-7).
