Over the last six weeks, the World-Changing Glasgow Transformation (WCGT) team has hosted 14 engagement sessions at Pearce Lodge. 152 UofG staff have attended from across the institution representing different teams, areas and roles.

This has been a great experience for the WCGT team as it has provided feedback and insight into the opportunities and challenges UofG staff face daily. As well as discussing the benefits of the six different WCGT projects, attendees also discussed the practical things which would make a real difference to their daily working lives. Once the sessions have been completed at the end of May, a one-page summary of key themes will be published to all staff with next steps.

Thank you to all our colleagues who have come along to our sessions at Pearce Lodge. By investing your time and providing honest feedback, you have contributed hugely to the WCGT projects and the University strategy for 2020-2025.

If you are a member of staff located at our Garscube or Dumfries campus, look out for an invite soon!
