Between offer and starting a job
The time between being offered a job and starting a job can vary. Some of you will be keen to get your career going and there are things you can do to stay connected to the organisation.
Stay in touch - contact HR or the hiring manager and ask if you can meet your line manager and people who will be in your team. You can do this either in person or remotely. Before you meet you can think of some questions as a focus for your conversations. The aim is to meet your future co-workers and often you can take a more relaxed approach.
