When: Wednesday 8 Febraury 2023, 13:00 - 14:30.

Where: **IN PERSON** PG Common room, Level 5, St Andrews Building

Organiser: Anna Wilson (Sustainability IRT Methodologies Lead)

Waste Stories is a project that uses the affective power of story-telling to explore and potentially change people’s relationships with waste and the resources that end up in the waste stream. It provides a space for playful re-thinkings of waste through encounters of (rescued) wasted objects and materials.

If you would like to think differently about waste - or if you want to know more about participatory speculative fiction methods - come and join us for an interactive session where we introduce, run through and analyse a Waste Stories workshop. If you've never heard of participatory speculative fiction, even better: No prior knowledge or experience required.

Tea/coffee and biscuits will be provided but you should bring your own mug - this is not an event that will increase the number of single-use cups in the University's bins.

Contact Anna Wilson for more info or just go ahead and sign up on Eventbrite above.

The Waste Stories project is funded by Leverhulme Trust.
